Suspension of MABELY GRAND HOTEL Operations for season 2021

 

 

Dear valued guests,

 

We undoubtedly anticipated that travelling, would have been effectively and gradually resumed by this time of the year, and the global travel community would have essentially entirely overcome the effects of the pandemic, expecting a hopeful Summer Season for 2021. The encouraging news around the beginning of the year, regarding Covid-19 vaccines indicated optimistic expectations of returning back to normalcy soon enough, especially after months of lockdowns, which most probably made us all daydream about our future summer holidays, following an unpredicted year, unlike any other. 

 

However, summer holidays could be unlikely depending on travel restrictions around the world or depending on a traffic light system which could possibly become distressing for our guests and detrimental to our business. With the uncertain current situation, we have carefully considered all possibilities for this season, yet again. After weeks of preparation, with great liability and deliberation, we have unfortunately decided to suspend our operation for Season 2021. Regrettably we comprehend that it is still not the right time to be welcoming you back at Mabely Grand Hotel.

 

We will take this time to prepare ourselves for that and welcome you back again in 2022. Our experienced team declares a strong presence, with a realistic plan for the operation of our resort during the next summer season. At this difficult time for all, our hearts are with our guests, our colleagues and all people around the globe. We thank our guests and colleagues for their loyalty and commitment, and we look forward to welcoming everybody back to Mabely Grand Hotel when we reopen.

 

We comprehend that the above news might be difficult for any guests who had booked their holidays during this time. We understand their disappointment, and we invite them to reschedule their stay from 1st May 2022 until 15th October 2022. If you have booked directly with our hotel, you will be contacted and informed regarding your reservation, whether you prefer to cancel or amend for next summer Season. We recommend you contacted your Travel Agency, if your booking has been made through one of our cooperative Tour Operators. We have offered to amend any bookings, affected during Season 2021, with the same price for Season 2022, therefore there will not be any further expenses in your booking at Mabely Grand Hotel. We also want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the messages of encouragement that we have received over the past year. We are all looking forward to the day where we can once again welcome you with the level of excellence you have come to expect, when you are ready to travel and when the time is right.
